Contrary to the previous batch, this portrait is also about a great and notable actress from the golden years of national cinema and theater, it is not a study, but characterized by a character and made in the same scenery of the work as a shooting location. . In three-quarter profile and with strong frontal lighting, the Argentine actress Mecha Ortíz poses with one hand resting on the wall. On the contrary, Heinrich left some air on the left side, to appreciate the capital of a column of the scenery. She wears a wide hat in the Art Nouveau style and draws on her face an expressive look accentuated by the enigmatic smile.

Mecha Ortiz, whose full name was María Mercedes Varela Nimo Domínguez Castro (Buenos Aires, 1900-1987), was an Argentine film and theater actress and singer, considered the "Argentine Greta Garbo" for her character at the time of Act.
